About us

Dancebasic was created out of a belief that anybody can learn to dance the basics of partner dancing and have a great time doing so. Dancing is what brought us together and we feel that it is a great way to meet new people as well as enrich the relationships that we already have. As a husband and wife team that has both competed and taught professionally, we are not a studio, but work out of various dance studios in the San Jose area.

 

From training competitive students to teaching a couple their first twirl, our extensive experience in coaching and competing shape the high standards we set for ourselves and our students. We take pride in how you develop as a dancer and make it intuitive and comfortable for you to learn.
